I’m giving 1 star because trying to get a reply from Brighter Image Lab has been really frustrating, I sent messages and waited around thinking maybe someone would get back to me soon but it just felt like nobody was checking or really cared much.

When it’s something personal like veneers you just want a simple update or a clear answer so you know what’s going on, but instead I kept sitting there wondering where things stood and it ended up being a disappointing customer service experience for me.

I really thought these were going to look more natural based on the photos, but once I got them in person I was disappointed. They’re a bit too bulky and have this shiny look that makes them stand out more than I wanted. The fit was fine, so it’s not like they’re unusable, but I definitely have some buyer’s remorse because they just don’t look as natural as I hoped.

It does look nice, and compared to some cheaper-looking ones I’ve had, the finish is definitely better. That said, after using it for a while, it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I was hoping. The quality is okay overall, but I’d say it’s more average than heavy-duty.

I really thought their guarantee would actually mean something, but nope. Trying to get a refund turned into a whole annoying mess, with endless back and forth like they were doing everything possible to avoid handling it. Such a pain in the ass, honestly. Super frustrating and definitely not what I thought I was paying for.

The shipping took so much longer than I expected that I started wondering if my order had disappeared into another dimension. The updates didn’t really help either—they were kind of confusing and just made me more frustrated. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great.

My first impression was good and the site looked clean enough, but actually placing the order took me longer than I thought it would. Some of the info felt like it was in different spots, so I had to go back and double check a few things. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as Smooth as I expected

It wasn’t terrible or anything, and I can see why some people might like it, but for what I paid, I expected a bit more. It did the job, I guess, but I’m not totally convinced it was worth the money.

I really wanted to like it because it looks fine at first, but the fit just didn’t work for me. It felt a little too bulky, and you kind of expect it to sit more snugly than it actually does.
After wearing it for a bit, my gums started feeling sore, and I kept having to adjust it. It might be totally fine for someone else, but for me, comfort was definitely the main issue.

I’ll admit my smile did look better in photos when I wore them, and I felt a little more confident. But the fit just wasn’t great, and after a while they got uncomfortable. For what they cost, I expected a lot better. In my opinion, they’re not worth the hassle, so I’d only give them 2 stars
